Taisia Paczkowski On July 1 Taisia's new exhibit will open at The Gallery on the Lake with the artist in attendance from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Taisia Paczkowski, known for her vibrant paintings the simple and often forsaken elements of nature, continues to produce works that are sought after by collectors worldwide. Her technique draws on the excitement and unpredictability of watercolours to reflect the moods of nature. "Painting for me is a very personal and often quite lonely experience," Taisia says. "It is an emotional, intuitive process that can at times be disappointing, frustrating, and agonizing or it can be exciting, joyful, and most satisfying." Taisia's paintings have been exhibited in private and public galleries throughout North America, including the Natural Museum of Natural Sciences. She has received a number of awards for her work and has been recognized for her skill and craftsmanship in "Who's Who in Canada."
