Peter Lamont ~ "Going Places"

Photography as an art medium continues to scale new heights and reach an ever increasing base of aficionados. Peter Lamont's exhibit underscores this new phenomenon. His work chronicles his journey across North America, capturing images that range from the glorious landscapes of the Sierra Nevadas in all their seasonal splendour to rarely seen delicate florals created by once-in-a-lifetime conditions in Death Valley, California this past winter. Returning home to the Kawarthas brought new inspiration, his images capturing life on Stony Lake where he now resides during the summer months.
